Carl Ince Architect was established back in 2003. It was set up by Carl Ince who has a wealth of experience working for leading large commercial practices both in Cardiff and more recently in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Since the practices inception the majority of work has been residential based with superior quality large new build houses either for private individuals or developers.
There have also been a considerable number of large and small scale alterations and extensions to various properties which have fundamentally transformed the accommodation, function and quality of the spaces.
There was a residential scheme of high quality units (12no) converted from farm buildings for a private developer.
There was a hotel scheme involving a restaurant extension and conversion of farm buildings to bedrooms for the hotel owner.
Where possible green issues are included in schemes eg solar panels, SIPS walls etc and the practice has a expertise in the latest green issues and eco measures.
Whatever the project it is always undertaken and overseen personally by Carl Ince himself which maintains the highest quality level, and an individual point of contact for the client.
