Brief was to transform the existing Sun Room accommodation located to side of bungalow to improve the defective upvc glazed rooflight, leaking valley gutters, lack of floor insulation and improve the upvc glazed patio doors.
Roof replaced with automatic opening aluminium rooflight to centre with easily accessible Sarnafill flat roof around edge.
Finished floor level raised to line with the rest of the bungalow. Extra level provided by insulation under new floor finish.
